Analisis Geografis Kawasan Wisata Tumurun Private Museum Kota Surakarta Dalam Mendukung Pengembangan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan

The Tumurun Private Museum tourism area in Surakarta City is an urban tourism destination that continues to develop along with the dynamics of spatial utilization. However, studies based on quantitative geographical analysis remain limited. This study aims to analyze the spatial characteristics of the tourism area, identify key factors influencing spatial patterns, and evaluate its role in supporting sustainable tourism development. Using a descriptive quantitative approach integrated with spatial analysis, primary data were collected through field observations and documentation, supported by secondary data for mapping and analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The analysis focuses on land use, accessibility, and the distribution of supporting facilities. The results indicate a spatial relationship between tourism objects, road networks, and supporting facilities. Accessibility is relatively well supported by the urban road network, while the distribution of facilities tends to be clustered and uneven. This spatial imbalance may affect service quality and area development. Therefore, spatial-based planning is necessary to achieve more integrated and sustainable tourism development.
