Penilaian Burnout Pemberi Asuhan Palitif pada Implementasi Mindfulness: Systematic Review

Abstract


Burnout merupakan masalah yang tidak bisa dipisahkan pada perawatan pasien paliatif. Masalah ini terjadi karena tuntuan pekerjaan mereka selaku pemberi asuhan palitif yang menguras fisik dan emosional yang berkepanjangan serta memiliki lebih sedikit kesempatan untuk merasakan pengalaman positif dalam pekerjaan. Mindfulness disini diberikan dengan harapan menurukan stres berkepanjangan mereka karena bekerja di area paliatif mengharuskan pemberi asuhan merasakan burnout yang lebih berat dibandingkan dengan di area bukan paliatif, terutama saat pemberi asuhan paliatif yang diharapkan dengan kondisi end-of-life. Metode yang digunakan dalam systematic review ini menggunakan protokol dan kaidah yang sesuai dengan Preferred Repoting Items for Systematic Review (PRISMA). Literatur yang diguanakan dari Scopus, Proquest, Pubmed, SAGE, dan Science Direct tahun 2016-2021, ditemukan 220 artikel dan sebayak 10 yang memnuhi dengan kriteria peneliti. Hasil Penelusuran terdiri dari randomized controlled trials(3), systematic review(2), quasy experiment(3), dan cross-sectional study(2). Mindfulness yang diterapkan kepada pemberi asuhan palitif dapat menurunkan kejadian burnout secara signifikan. Mindfulness merupakan teknik inovatif yang kemanjuran dan manfaatnya tidak diragukan.
