Abstract

Kepatuhan terapi merupakan tantangan bagi pasien hemodialisis, perubahan kondisi fisik dan psikologis pada pasien hemodialisis berkontribusi pada ketidakmampuan pasien untuk mempertahankan kepatuhan. Melalui strategi terapi psikoedukasi, pasien hemodialisis dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan terapi. Pencarian menggunakan Scopus, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, Pubmed, dan CINAHL pada publikasi dari 2016 hingga 2021. Panduan menggunakan checklist PRISMA. 25 artikel dianalisis. 11 Quasi Experiment, 10 Randomized Control Trials, 3 artikel review, dan 1 Research and Development. Intervensi psikoedukasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung dengan berbagai metode efektif dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terapi pada pasien hemodialisis. ditandai dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan penurunan IDWG.
