Scope
Scope of articles in Brilliant Journal of Education and Learning at the level of early education, primary and secondary education; Informal Education and Society; Educational psychology; Education Management; Evaluation of Learning and Education; Learning, Technology, Development and Application of Science both natural and social, Development and Application of Technical Science, and Technology Development.

Authors are allowed from all circles of students, lecturers, educators, and researchers both within and outside the country, as well as the general public.

Peer Review Process

Brilliant Journal article submission via electronic process via email editor board or via web OJS. Incoming articles and then done peer review or script checked through the online also by expert penguntuing. Screening is done with a single Blind Review. The selected article has been approved by a minimum of two expert editors. The selected journal is then edited by the editor. This editing includes a plagiarism checking process. After this process the entire draft of the article is given to the editor of the editor for approval of the issue. After the agreement, proceed to finalize the layout by the executing editor. Articles published in the journal are ready to be published. The administration section archives the published journal and notices the author. In the process of checking plagiarism if an article is indicated indicating a plagiarism, then the article is rejected for publication. It was then reported to an expert editor and editor-in-chief. The Briliant Journal is a best-selling national journal published four times a year in print and online by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar.. This declaration in ethical ethics explains the ethical behavior of all parties involved in publishing articles in the Briliant Journal, including authors, editorial boards, bestarized partners, and publishers. Publishing Ethics Guidelines

Publishing articles in the Briliant Journal is an important part of developing a coherent and respected network of knowledge. This is a direct reflection of the work quality of the authors and the institutions that support it. The articles reviewed support and contain scientific methods. It is therefore important to agree to the standards of ethical behavior expected for all parties involved in publishing: authors, journal editors, partner partners, publishers, and the public.

Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LP2M) Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama as the publisher of Briliant Journal is responsible for guarding all stages of publishing seriously and acknowledging ethical and other responsibilities. LP2M is committed to ensuring that reprint advertisements and other commercial revenue have no impact or effect on editorial decisions, nor are they committed to assisting communication with other journals and / or publishers if deemed useful and necessary.

Publishing Decision

Reviewer (Bestari Partner) recommends receiving artist publishing. Then Briliant Journal Editor is responsible for deciding on articles published. The validation of the work and its significance for the researcher and the reader should always encourage the decision. Editors may be guided by the journal editorial board's policy and limited by legal provisions as should be upheld regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. Editors may negotiate with other editors or assessment teams in making this decision.

Fair Treatment

Reviewers (Bestari Partners) and Editors always rate the text based on their intellectual content without distinction of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship or political philosophy of authors.

Confidentiality

The Briliant Journal Editorial Team should not disclose any information about the manuscript submitted to anyone other than the author, expert editor, bestarist, and publisher.

Notice and Conflict of Interest

Unpublished materials disclosed in the submitted manuscript shall not be used in the editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.

Contributions to Editorial Decisions

Bestari's Rating helps editors in making editorial decisions and through editorial communication with authors can also help writers improve their writing.

Speed

Any eligible appraiser who feels unqualified to assess the research reported in a manuscript or knows that his quick review will be unlikely to have to notify the editor and free himself from the assessment process.

Confidentiality

Reporting Standards

Originality and Plagiarism
The authors must ensure that they have written works that are entirely original, and that they have quoted correctly if using the work and / or the words of others.
Double Publishing, Repetition or Simultaneously
A writer in general should not publish a script that essentially explains the same research in more than one major journal or publication. Submitting the same script to more than one journal simultaneously is unethical and unacceptable behavior.

Authorship
Authorship should be limited to those who make an important contribution to the reported conception, design, execution or interpretation of the study. All important contributors should be listed as co-authors. If there are others who participate in certain important aspects of the research project, they must be recognized or listed as contributors. The right writer should ensure that all appropriate joint authors are included in the paper, and that all joint authors have seen and approved the final version of the text and have agreed to submit it for publication.
